CAREI Teacher, Student, and Parent Surveys
Since 1995, researchers at the Center for Applied Research and
Educational Improvement (CAREI), College of Education and Human
Development, University, have been conducting evaluation of block
scheduling for school districts. Below are copies of a sample teacher
survey, a sample student survey, and a sample parent survey used by
CAREI. Anyone may use any or all of the questions on these surveys.
