Children are People is a Minneapolis-based support group Internet site with resources for peer resistance-directed prevention initiatives. This site provides resources for kids and parents, as well as curricula that has been used in ATODA prevention work that would be of interest to teachers and program facilitators. The CYFC's Electronic Clearinghouse is a forum for sharing information and exchanging ideas established by the University of Minnesota. It is a very good resource for community-based initiatives which improve the quality of family and children's lives. This site also contains information about Community Partnerships, resources from "Family Re-Union" a national conversation about the American family and public policy, and several links to various Minnesota-based outreach programs.

Since 1980, CROYA has been charged with attending to the social and psychological needs of the young adults of Lake Forest and Lake Bluff. It provides a supportive atmosphere where students can identify their needs and, around those needs, create structured programs that are both positive and rewarding. Through it's programs, students engage in alternative activities, build confidence and self-esteem, develop leadership skills, and act as a referral to resources for peers whose needs are beyond their control.
