Five Hundred Under 5

.
~ Building healthier families and stronger communities together~

Project Description

Five Hundred Under 5 (FHu5) is a collaborative, multidimensional effort focused on two residential areas in North Minneapolis. In these two focus areas, the FHu5 collaborators hope to:

  1. engage and empower residents and community leaders to shape, and respond to, the results of our work;
  2. collect information that documents young children’s development of school readiness skills and the factors that promote this development; and
  3. identify and initiate service expansion and improvement efforts that will help families promote school readiness for their preschool children.
