U of MN Scholar Surveys:Brief Description
As part of the evaluation, web-based surveys were developed for the scholars. These included several different versions so that the items would be applicable to scholars in different stages of their careers (e.g., graduated and teaching, still enrolled as a student, etc.). Below are 5 versions of the scholar surveys used for the evaluation. The Full Versions are the actual ones the scholars completed. The Short Versions are the U of MN Noyce Evaluation Team revised condensed forms of the surveys based on psychological and statistical examinations. A few demographic items from the ORC Macro monitoring database were included in the first 4 surveys below for ease of data collection. The final survey listed contains the items that all scholars who responded to the surveys completed. Survey for scholars who are currently teaching _ Full Version Survey for scholars who are currently teaching_ Short Version Survey for scholars who left teaching_ Full Version Survey for scholars who left teaching_ Short Version Survey items answered by all scholars
