By Car:

We advise parking in the Washington Avenue Parking Ramp and as a second choice the Oak Street Parking Ramp.

Coming from I-94 (from the east):

• take the University of Minnesota exit and follow Huron Blvd.
• take a left at Washington Avenue
• turn right on Harvard Street.
• follow Harvard Street around the Washington Avenue Ramp
• park in Washington Avenue Ramp

Coming from I-94 (from the west):

• exit onto 35 W north and follow directions directly below (35W from south)

Coming from I-35W (from the south):

• take University East Bank exit and cross Washington Avenue Bridge
• turn left on Harvard St.
• follow Harvard around Washington Avenue Ramp
• park in Washington Avenue Ramp

Coming from I-35W (from the north):

• take Washington Avenue Exit
• go left on Washington Avenue follow through stoplights and curve
• go over 2nd bridge and go left at stoplight (Washington Avenue) cross Washington Avenue Bridge
• turn left on Harvard St.
• follow Harvard around Washington Avenue Ramp
• park in Washington Avenue Ramp

Coming from Hwy 280:

• take University Avenue Exit
• go west on University Avenue
• take a left at Washington Avenue
• follow Washington to Harvard Street, take a right on Harvard Street
• follow Harvard Street around Washington Avenue Ramp
• park in Washington Avenue Ramp

Then for all above:

• exit Washington Avenue Ramp and walk south to Washington Avenue
• walk west along Washington Avenue to Union Street
• cross Washington Avenue at Union Street
• go down stairwell into Moos Tower
• turn left and walk just past coffee shop (Java City)
• go down stairs and go right.
• at end of hallway go left, watch for a door that says Division of Epidemiology
• enter division office and continue through doors to the lab ahead on left, which is room #1-242.
