Prospective students must complete the following:

M.A. and Ph.D. applicants

  1. School of Kinesiology application [.doc]
  2. Graduate School application
    From this site you will be able to apply using a secure online application, or request an alternative form of the application. Do not upload School of Kinesiology application materials to your ApplyYourself application.
  3. Graduate assistant application [.doc] (optional)
    Admission to the Graduate School is a prerequisite for the awarding of graduate assistantships.

M.Ed./professional studies and M.Ed./initial licensure applicants

Certificate applicants

Application deadlines

M.A. and Ph.D. programs:

  • December 15 for following fall semester

M.Ed. program:

  • July 1 — fall semester
  • November 1 — spring semester
  • March 1 — summer semester
