Matt is a technology expert who focuses on the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to improve education systems both domestically and internationally. With over 14 years in the field, Matt has provided lasting contributions and positively impacted schools, universities, U.S. government agencies, corporations, and Ministries of Education around the globe. Drawing on his experience in information system design, development, and implementation, Matt specializes in guiding organizations to develop comprehensive and sustainable ICT Strategies.
