The Role of Water in the Human Body
By Name

NameMy name is Lexi Williams, and I am currently a freshman at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Next fall I will be declaring my major in Kinesiology and a minor in Neuroscience. After earning my undergrad, I hope to attend a graduate Physical Therapy program and eventually work as a PT to help children with physical disabilities. I chose to create my digital story on the body's dependency on water because I have a condition that has made me fully aware of the effects of dehydration. My hope is to make others aware of dehydration's adverse effects and encourage viewers to drink the recommended amount of water.
