The Center is extremely proud of its Title IV-E alumni and their contributions to the field of public child welfare.

Post-Graduate Employment

Obligation If you are still in the process of fulfilling a MSW post-graduate employment obligation and decide to change jobs, be sure to let us know. If you have questions about whether or not a job prospect is appropriate to Title IV-E, please contact Nancy Johnston at njohnsto@umn.edu. If the new position is known to be appropriate for Title IV-E employment, be sure to resubmit the Confirmation of Child Welfare Employment form (available in the Appendix of your IV-E Handbook).

Alumni Involvement

The Center seeks to expand alumni involvement in order to provide better service and training to current Title IV-E Scholarship recipients and timely information and resources to child welfare practitioners, policy-makers, educators and researchers. If you are interested in involvement opportunities in CASCW (such as advisory board membership, student recruitment, field supervision, or as an employer, guest speaker, or School of Social Work community faculty member), please email Nancy Johnston at njohnsto@umn.edu.
