New Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy and Development
Effective July 1, 2009, a new department has been created that integrates the business and marketing education, human resource development and adult education, and comprehensive WHRE programs from the Department of Work and Human Resource Education (WHRE) into the department formerly known as Educational Policy and Administration (EdPA). The name of this new department is Organizational Leadership, Policy and Development (OLPD). It will offer exciting opportunities for collaboration and interdisciplinary education and research. Click here for details.

"Manny is an electrical engineer who taught electronics at vocational schools part-time while working for Univac and Control Data. He has also been an active flight instructor since 1967. He plans to continue to fly, exercise, and write."
     
  Susan Wiebenga

"Susan currently works as a training specialist in a large financial organization. She hopes to leverage her work and HRD education to move into consulting or academic work."
     
  Baek-Kyoo (Brian) Joo

Dissertation: The Impact of Contextual and Personal Characteristics on Employee Creativity in Korean Firms
"Brian, a Ph.D. in HRD, has nearly 14 years of experience in HR and OD with an oil company and an international management consulting firm. He also holds a master's degree in HRIR from Carlson School of Management. His research interests include organization creativity, management and employee development, and international HRD."
