submitting a proposal for an academic tech project
Academic Technology Services invites instructional staff in the College of Education and Human Development to submit proposals for academic technology projects that support teaching and learning.
Examples of projects include online or hybrid course development, instructional modules, videos, new media and web development.

Overview of the proposal submission process:
- Complete the brief online application form
- A member of the ATS team will contact you to set up a meeting to further discuss your project.
- The proposal will be reviewed by the ATS team. If it is selected, a project proposal will be created by ATS and forwarded to you for review. This proposal will provide a road map of the project including the development team, roles and responsibilities, a timeline with milestones/deliverables, etc.
- Once the project proposal is finalized it will be submitted for approval from the department chair.
- ATS will schedule a kick-off meeting to get the project started.
