Video Services

The Digital Education and Innovation team provides a broad range of video/audio production services, such as providing media consultations, recording demonstrations and lectures for courses, and producing course videos. We will consult with you to discuss your project and identify a solution to best meet your goals. For tips on video production, visit our Video Production Roadmap.

To work with us, fill out a Video Services Request form. Please submit your request at least two weeks in advance.

Media Equipment Request

Media equipment is available free of charge to CEHD faculty and staff to borrow for up to two weeks. Reservations must be made 3 business days in advance. The pick up location is at the Dean’s Office in 104 Burton Hall.

Fill out the Media Equipment Request form. We will confirm the item(s) is available and provide you with pick up instructions.

Requesting Captions for CEHD courses

Our team can provide captions to videos for CEHD courses.

1. Upload your video to Kaltura MediaSpace.
2. Add cehdvid@umn.edu as a collaborator.
3. Fill out the caption request form.
