University of Minnesota (Twin Cities) students and alumni must register using GoldPASS by Friday, April 4, 2014 at 4:30 p.m.

Register to Attend

The MN Education Job Fair registration deadline has passed. You may still attend as a walk-in. Bring a $30 check (made payable to the U of M) to the CEHD check-in table on Tuesday to be registered on-site.

Prepare

  • Visit the CEHD Career Services website for additional teacher job search resources.
  • Stop by during drop-in hours to have your resume reviewed in preparation for the job fair.
  • Or, schedule an appointment with a career counselor by calling 612-625-3339 or online at cehdcareer.appointments.umn.edu for assistance with your resume, school district research, and job fair strategy.

Employers Attending

Each year, approximately 100 local, national, and international education employers attend the MN Education Job Fair. They represent school districts large and small and non-profit organizations who are seeking qualified teacher candidates and education service professionals (such as school counselors, speech therapists, school social workers, or school administrators).

Visit the MN Education Job Fair’s employer webpage for more information about participating school districts and education organizations that interview on-site. Check this page frequently, as the list of employers will increase as the event gets closer.

Job Fair Check-in

The U of M (Twin Cities)/CEHD check-in table will be open at 10:00 a.m. When you arrive, stop by this table to pick up your name tag and other materials. Your name tag will act as your proof of admission. You will be required to provide evidence of eligibility by presenting your U of M student ID card or (unofficial) transcript.

Remember to register by Friday, April 4 at 4:30 p.m. Individuals arriving on-site to register the day of the event will be charged a registration fee of $30.00. (Only checks made payable to the U of M will be accepted.)
