I have experience conducting educational research for over 10 years with students from various cultural backgrounds and have worked with numerous research and evaluation projects that aim to increase student achievement and access to higher education for underrepresented, low-income, and first generation students. I frequently collaborate with community organizations in Minnesota to increase educational access and attainment for all students.
