Strong Foundations: Minnesota's Birth to Three Institute for Healthy Development

The purpose of this institute is to strengthen the knowledge, skills, strategies, and alliances of those who work with expectant families, infants, toddlers, parents and communities to build a strong foundation for healthy development. The institute aims to highlight sessions that offer new information, advanced knowledge, practice, and skills development with opportunities to collaborate, build awareness of existing services and resources, and forge new professional relationships.

Strong Foundations 2012 Update

Following the highly successful format of CEED's Summer Institute and research demonstrating the effectiveness of longer training sessions in adult education, Strong Foundations is making the move to an institute format in 2012. What does this mean for you?

  • Rather than sampling information at an awareness level, you will delve deeply into one topic for two days.
  • Keynote presentations will provide an overview across specialties.
  • The institute will maintain Strong Foundations' focus on networking across early childhood professions, with dedicated and facilitated networking time.

Please check back here and/or make sure you are subscribed to the CEED email list to get the latest news on Strong Foundations as it becomes available.
