Training Description

Putting CLASS™ into Practice: Classroom Organization for Coaches will give participants an opportunity to review the dimensions that fit in the Classroom Organization domain (Behavior Management, Productivity and Instructional Learning Formats), identify strategies that lead to successful application of these dimensions, and problem solve challenges. Participants will also have the opportunity to dive deeper into several indicators including clear behavior expectations, transitions and clarity of learning objectives. The training provides participants a more in-depth understanding of coaching considerations when providing feedback to teachers such as teachers' implementation level (e.g., beginning or progressing), and will allow participants to practice through mock coaching exercises.

If you are interested in having a customized training on the Pre-K CLASS™ Instruction Support domain, please contact Kristina Erstad-Sankey at 612-625-6397 or erst0015@umn.edu.
