Pre-K and K-3 CLASS™ Awareness and Overview Training

Training Description

“What’s all this about CLASS™?!” In this overview session, CEED trainers describe the Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS™) framework and the impact of teacher-child interactions on children's social emotional and academic outcomes. Participants will:

  • Examine the 10 dimensions of the instrument
  • Understand potential uses of the CLASS™
  • Reflect on strengths and areas to grow in providing academic and social support to promote student learning

Trainings are scheduled by request and can take place on-site in childcare programs, community locations, or at CEED.

Out-of-state participants are welcome at this training.

Possible audience size: Minimum: 10; Maximum: Up to 80

Cost: $25 per person

Hours: 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
