Transfer Students
Overview
Students should first work with their college adviser (Rebecca Dosch Brown or Diane Wartchow) to discuss transfer of basic and content area coursework. To discuss transfer of education courses, students should schedule a meeting with Peggy DeLapp as soon as possible after being admitted. Click on the “Advising” link to the right to obtain contact information for these advisers.
The College of Education and Human Development's Career Services has resources that can help with aspects of transferring to CEHD.
Liberal education requirements
Transfer coursework that is specific to the liberal education requirements must be handled by the Office of Admissions.

Meeting with an adviser
Transfer students are encouraged to meet with a faculty adviser (Celeste Berken or Kathy Byrn) early in their first semester at the U to get acquainted and clarify any questions about the elementary education foundations major and the post-baccalaureate initial licensure program.
