Scholarships and awards available through the college
College awards for master of education (M.Ed.)/initial licensure students
CEHD is committed to providing scholarship support to students entering the initial licensure program, giving over $200,000 in private, donor-funded scholarships each year, and an additional $50,000 in pooled scholarships administered by CEHD Student Services.
For many CEHD initial licensure program scholarships, a single application form can be submitted, the CEHD M.Ed./Initial Licensure Program Academic Scholarships Application Form [PDF] [Word]. The deadline is February 1, 2012. By submitting this form, you will be considered for any scholarship for which you are qualified.
Continuing initial licensure students may apply for scholarships using this form. In addition, students who have submitted completed applications for admission to initial licensure programs for summer or fall 2012 are encouraged to submit this scholarship application while their application for admission is being reviewed. The Scholarship Committee will review applications as quickly as possible so that applicants can be informed about their scholarship status at the same time as (or shortly after) they receive admissions decisions.
