Criteria: This scholarship will be awarded to undergraduate students who have successfully completed their first semester in the college and who would enhance diversity within the University. A plus factor will be given to Native American students.

Alumni Society Promise of Tomorrow Scholarships
Amount: $1,000. Up to four scholarships can be
awarded, depending on availability of funds.

Criteria: Applicants must be an undergraduate student or a student enrolled in the college's initial teacher licensure program (undergraduate or master's). The applicant must have earned a minimum of 15 credits at time of application, have a minimum GPA of 3.5 and be a full-time student.

Alumni Society Larry Wilson Scholarship
Amount: $1000. Up to two scholarships can be
awarded, depending on availability of funds.

Criteria: Applicants must be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student in college programs who have career objectives related to non-school-based education. Undergraduate applicants must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and graduate applicants must have a minimum 3.8 GPA. Must have earned a minimum of 15 credits at time of application.

Criteria: This scholarship is open to all undergraduate and graduate majors in the School of Kinesiology at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities campus. Applicants must have an overall GPA of 3.00 or higher and a major GPA of 3.40 or higher (minimum of 9 semester credits in courses offered through the School of Kinesiology).
Application: Applicants must complete and submit the following materials to the director of the Tucker Center: 1) application form; 2) current transcript to establish eligibility; 3) curriculum vitae or résumé; 4) undergraduate submission: a proposal paper; graduate submission: a project abstract.

Edith Mueller Park and Recreation Memorial Award
Amount: one or more $1000-$1500 awards

Criteria: This award will seek to reward or encourage participation and enthusiasm of undergraduate students pursuing majors in recreation, park, and leisure studies to further their involvement and deepen their commitment to this area. The award will provide one or more scholarships annually which may be used to cover the costs of tuition, attendance at appropriate conferences, applicable research, or outreach activities.
To be eligible, students must be seniors majoring in recreation, park, and leisure studies, have a minimum of a 2.70 overall GPA and a 3.40 GPA in major courses (a minimum of nine semester credits in courses with a REC prefix), have at least one practical experience and have had some documented volunteer work in the helping professions.

Victor and Rachel Noll Scholarship

CEHD Study Abroad Scholarship
