and Development
Effective July 1, 2009, a
new department has been created
that integrates the business and
marketing education, human
resource development and adult
education, and comprehensive
WHRE programs from the
Department of
Work and Human Resource
Education (WHRE) into the
department formerly known as
Educational Policy and
Administration (EdPA). The
name of this new department is
Organizational Leadership,
Policy, and Development (OLPD).
It will offer exciting
opportunities for collaboration
and interdisciplinary education

Saving a Microsoft Office document as a PDF file
These directions apply when using the full version of Adobe Acrobat,
version 5.0 or higher, on a computer running the Windows operating
system and working with files in the following programs:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
Follow these steps to save documents created by any of these three programs into
PDF format:
- Open your Word file/Excel file/Web page.
- Click on File > Print.
- You will see a printer name and next to it you will see an arrow pointing
downwards. Click on the arrow and select PdfFactory.
- Press OK to print the document.
- A dialog box might appear. If so, click on the “save” button at the bottom.
- A box will appear that gives you options about the name of the file and
the location in which you want the file to be placed. Make your choices and
press “save”.
