Strong Interest Inventory (SII)

What should I know about the assessment?

The SII assessment is used to help you understand your work interests and to show you some kinds of work in which you might be comfortable. The SII is not a test of your abilities; it is an inventory of your interests. The report will provide information to help you understand your results.

How long does the survey take?

Expect to spend 35 to 40 minutes answering questions.

How do I get my results?

Please call Student Services at 612-625-3339 to schedule an appointment with a career counselor to discuss your results.

Who can take it and how do I log in?

Currently enrolled College of Education and Human Development (CEHD) students can log in using the following at the Strong Interest Inventory site:

Login = succeed

Password = college

User ID = leave this line blank

PLEASE NOTE: If you are not a CEHD student and you take the SII at the site above, you will not get results!
