Application material
All colleges require that you fill out a University of Minnesota Application for Undergraduate Change of College form in addition to specific college and program material. Specific application materials vary depending on the college. Review the following college links for more information.

Three ways to receive assistance with your application materials
- Stop into the ETC Services center, 127 Appleby Hall, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Call the undergraduate Student Services office at 612-625-3339; tell them you would like to make an individual appointment with an ETC Services staff to receive help with your transfer application.
