Developed by The University of Queensland, 3MT (Three Minute Thesis) is a competition in which graduate students have just three minutes to give a compelling presentation on their research topic and its significance. The competition develops academic, presentation, and research communication skills and supports the development of students' capacities to effectively explain their research in language appropriate to an intelligent but non-specialist audience.
