Participants in this interactive session will be introduced to the Tools of Cultural Proficiency, with particular emphasis on methods for overcoming the barriers to student access and achievement. Knowledge of and facility with Cultural Proficiency enables team members to align their values and behaviors and their school’s policies and practices to serve demographically diverse communities. Delores and Randy engage participants in this “inside out” approach for school leaders focused on equity and social justice.
