Thank you for completing the Seminar for Parents. To help us better meet the needs of parents, we are asking for your feedback on this course. You will be directed to an external web page, where you can answer the questions online.
The evaluation will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. You do not need to answer any question you do not feel comfortable answering. Your decision whether or not to complete the evaluation will not affect you or your child's current or future relations with the university. If you decide to participate, you are free to stop at any time. We encourage you to be completely honest; we will not be able to connect your responses back to you.
