Innovation and evaluation are central to the mission of WCFCC. We must innovate in order to find new ways of supporting family centered care. Strong family life is an essential resource for aping with chronic conditions. We've centered efforts on orienting families to the milestones of the caregiver journey, enhancing family emotional connectedness, maintaining intergenerational legacies and helping families deal with conflicts and dilemmas.
Our services range across a continuum of development from those in the pilot phase to more established programs undergoing more rigorous evaluation and development.
