  Dr. Evren Guler, Post-Doctoral Fellow

Dr. Evren Guler is a second-year postdoctoral fellow in the CDN Lab under the mentorship of Dr. Kathleen Thomas. She received her PhD in Child Psychology at the University of Minnesota in 2007. In her dissertation, she examined autobiographical memory development in typically developing preschool and school-age children and its relation to speed of processing and working memory. She will continue her work by studying the neurobiological basis of episodic memory and its development.

  Dr. Ruskin Hunt, Post-Doctoral Fellow

Dr. Ruskin Hunt is a research associate in the Cognitive Developmental Neuroimaing Laboratory. He obtained his doctoral degree in Brain and Cognitive Sciences from the University of Rochester, and currently investigates the neural basis of human learning and memory during development using behavioral, electrophysiological, and functional neuroimaging methods. He is particularly interested in the mechanisms that underlie learning in the absence of awareness and the role such learning mechanisms play in the acquisition of complex behaviors.
