Azizah J. Jor’dan received her bachelor’s of science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in 2004. Due to the exceptional mentorship and the opportunity to work with prominent researchers in the field of Kinesiology, Ms. Jor’dan continued her studies at the U of M. She received her Master’s with an emphasis in lifespan motor development in 2008. Ms. Jor’dan is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Kinesiology with a minor in Gerontology. Her interest is in postural motion/stabilization in typical and atypical populations (e.g. Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD) and Alzheimer’s disease).
