Katherine Pratt

Katherine PrattKatherine Pratt is currently a graduate student in the department of Educational Psychology at the University of Minnesota. Her research interests include early literacy skills and reading assessment. Katherine is exploring these topics while working with Dr. Theodore Christ on his Formative Assessment Instrumentation and Procedures for Reading (FAIP- R) project.

Katherine received her BA in Psychology from Smith College. She has a background in working with children and families in both school-based and clinical settings. Her experiences in behavioral therapy and clinical research have influenced her research interests in effective assessment and early intervention.
