Work Effects is currently looking for an energetic, organized, detail-oriented HRD or MA -HRIR Masters student to serve as a Product Development Intern. Under the direction of the Senior Project Consultant, this person will assist in developing our suite of Leadership and Organization Development products. These duties include but are not limited to developing product support and training materials including:
- Train-the-Trainer Materials
- Training presentations
- End-User support materials
- Administrative Guidebooks
- Competency Model Tips and Tactics.
The intern may also participate in weekly team meetings and perform general office duties.
- Internship will run August 22nd to December 9th, 2011
- 10 – 15 hours per week
- $10-15 an hour depending on experience and skill
