University of Minnesota Partnership with The MasterCard Foundation Learn, Earn, and Save Initiative

The UMN Team is working together to explore several broader research questions. In addition to engaging in training and data collection on site with the NGO partners, UMN graduate students are involved with data analysis, presentations, and publications. Faculty and students are considering the transfer of entrepreneurship training across national contexts, the role of foundations and NGOs in promoting educational change, and the ethical and practical challenges of international research and evaluation collaborations. By integrating global civic engagement into graduate education, this project advances the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy and Development's mission of enhancing leadership, policy, and development around the globe.
