Biography

Profile

My program of research examines the process, outcomes, and context of human resource development, training, lifelong learning, and organizational change. This includes issues of strategic planning, human resource development, and organizational development for organizations in the for-profit, not-for-profit, and public sector, as well as higher education. I also conduct research and provide workshops focused on international aspects of vocational education and training/career and technical education and leadership development in post-secondary and higher education. My most recent interests are exploring links between heritage tourism and training and development.
