Profile
I am interested in how organizations can focus on learning and advancing their functioning. I am particularly interested in how institutions of higher education learn and grow. How can organization development (OD) become a continual part of the way in which institutions of higher education do their work?
Some of my past experiences include living and working abroad in Nepal, Israel and Colombia. I have instructional and administrative experience with institutions of higher education in a variety of contexts, including U.S. and abroad, online and traditional campus-based configurations.
