  • I co-teach the Integrative Leadership Seminar, an integrative effort of faculty from CEHD, the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, the Carlson School of Management, and the School of Public Health.

My work at Korn Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting:

  • I continue my work at Korn Ferry in the Leadership and Talent Consulting practice, formerly PDI Ninth House, on a limited basis, designing and deploying leadership development initiatives to support strategic organizational change in large, complex organizations.
  • Korn Ferry LTC is a global leadership solutions provider with distinctive expertise in accelerating leadership effectiveness to maximize organizational results.

My educational background is in human resource development, with supporting work in industrial-organizational psychology. For over 25 years, I have worked as a consultant, designing and delivering large-scale leadership development interventions for client organizations across the United States and in many countries around the world. I joined the faculty in the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development in the College of Education and Human Development in 2009.
