My work at the University of Minnesota Center for Integrative Leadership (faculty profile):

  • I co-teach the Integrative Leadership Seminar, an integrative effort of faculty from CEHD, the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, the Carlson School of Management, and the School of Public Health.

My work  at PDI Ninth House, a Korn/Ferry Company:

  • I continue my work at PDI Ninth House on a limited basis, designing and deploying leadership development initiatives to support strategic organizational change in large, complex organizations.
  • PDI Ninth House is a global leadership solutions company with distinctive expertise in accelerating leadership effectiveness to maximize organizational results. 

My educational background is in human resource development, with supporting work in industrial-organizational psychology.  For over 25 years, I have worked as a consultant for PDI Ninth House, a Korn/Ferry Company, designing and delivering large-scale leadership development interventions for client organizations across the United States and in many countries around the world.  I joined the faculty in the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development in the College of Education and Human Development in 2009.
