MESI Institute
The Minnesota Evaluation Studies Institute (MESI) Conference is a two-day event, held each spring, for professional evaluators, program directors and staff, community agency staff, students, and others interested in conducting or using evaluations.
Office of Professional Development Outreach (OPDO)
The Office of Professional Development Outreach (OPDO) is a program of the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development (OLPD) at the University of Minnesota. Our mission is to offer professional development for career and technical educators throughout Minnesota. OPDO is co-sponsored by the University of Minnesota, Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU), and the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE).
Urban Leadership Academy (ULA)
In partnership with metro area school districts, the Urban Leadership Academy program aims to further the professional development of new and experienced principals and future principals. Topical conferences, workshops and seminars are offered throughout the year, in addition to an annual summer institute.
Visiting International Scholar
The Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development (OLPD) has a long history of hosting international scholars whose goals are consistent with the research mission and available resources of the Department, College of Education and Human Development, and the University.
