Tracy has worked at the Center for Advanced Studies in Child Welfare (CASCW) since 2007. As CASCW’s Director of Outreach, she manages CASCW’s events and publications as well as developing and maintaining the Center’s collaborative relationships with important partners in the child welfare field. Tracy manages the CASCW’s communications efforts, including social media, blogging, and digital communications to various constituencies. She coordinates public policy efforts and relationships, the development and distribution of online learning modules, advises IV-E students, and manages the CASCW Advisory Board. Prior to her work at CASCW, Tracy spent several years providing direct service case management and mental health services to at-risk youth and their families, and then went on to work as a Public Policy Analyst and Collaborative Services Coordinator at Chisago County Health & Human Services.
