Nicole received her Master of Public Policy from the University of Minnesota's Humphrey School of Public Affairs in 2013. She started working as a Research Fellow at CASCW in early 2014, where she works on CASCW's Minn-LInK project. Minn-LInK uses state administrative data from multiple agencies to answer questions about the impacts of policies, programs, and practice on the well-being of children in Minnesota. Nicole works on program evaluations and other research projects using Minn-LInK data. Additionally, she manages the National Title IV-E Data Warehouse, a database that tracks information stipend recipients from Title IV-E programs around the country.

Prior to working at CASCW, Nicole worked at the Minnesota Department of Revenue and at the Minnesota Department of Health doing health policy work and program development.
