Nicole received her Master of Public Policy from the University of Minnesota's Humphrey School of Public Affairs in 2013. She started working as a Research Fellow at CASCW in early 2014, where she works on CASCW's Minn-LInK project. Minn-LInK uses state administrative data from multiple agencies to answer questions about the impacts of policies, programs, and practice on the well-being of children in Minnesota. Nicole works on program evaluations and other research projects using Minn-LInK data. Additionally, she works on CASCW's National Science Foundation grant to expand Minn-LInK's capacity for data intensive research. The grant also will fund the development of a Ph.D. Fellowship program through Minn-LInK.
Prior to working at CASCW, Nicole worked at the Minnesota Department of Revenue and at the Minnesota Department of Health doing health policy work and program development.
