This module provides information about working with Karen refugees
from Burma. It offers information about their history in Minnesota,
about their experiences while living in camps, and about the effects of
the trauma they have experienced on their mental health. It provides
recommendations for child welfare workers in their work with Karen
refugee youth and families.
