Stability, Permanency, & Adoption

The Center for Advanced Studiesin Child Welfare is developing resources related to the stability, permanency, and adoption of youth involved in the child welfare system.

Current resources include the Permanency & Adoption Competency Certificate program and the Stability, Permanency, & Adoption Blog.

Permanency & Adoption Competency Certificate

The Permanency and Adoption Competency Certificate (PACC) is an advanced-level certificate program for mental health and child welfare professionals.

The PACC builds on the Training in Adoption Competency (TAC) curriculum developed by the Center for Adoption Support and Education (CASE) and is supported with funding from the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Congratulations to our first cohort of adoption-competent mental health and child welfare professionals!
