Title IV-E Stipends and PhD Students
Title IV-E stipends for PhD students are not currently available. Their availability is at the direction of the Minnesota Department of Human Services which provides the Title IV-E funding to the Center. Questions about Title IV-E should be directed to Liz Snyder.
