Electronic Billing: An electronic billing and payment system has been
 implemented at the University. Bills for student account charges (including tuition and fees) are issued electronically. Bills are no longer issued on paper. Students
need their U of M internet ID and password to login to the UMN Pay system.

WHRE 3601  Foundations of Student and Trainee Assessment (2 cr)
WHRE 5601  Student and Trainee Assessment (2 cr)

This is a course in educational evaluation centered upon the purposes and functions of evaluation and assessment techniques used in career and technical education. Course content addresses principles of instrument construction, measurement and evaluation, characteristics of evaluation such a reliability, validity and utility, interpreting standardized tests, evaluation of students with special needs, and assessment of instructional effectiveness.

WHRE 5661   Instructional Methods for Business and Industry (2 cr)

This is a course designed to investigate and apply various methods of instruction used to teach career and technical education and training. Course content addresses: how people learn, the relationship of methods and motivation, advantages and disadvantages of particular methods, utilizing methods that are effective with diverse career and technical education populations, and personal practice with various methods and technologies.
