What motivates me in my work?
The moment, in teaching and in learning, where resistance and struggle give way to knowledge and understanding. Facilitating this breakthrough for students and educators, and allowing challenge to continually reframe my awareness, motivates how I teach, lead and learn. I am also motivated by supporting change in higher education so that it better serves, reflects, and contributes to the diversity of our global community.
