DirecTrack to Teaching is an exploratory education program that lets you experience schools and school culture in a K-12 education setting. Find out if teaching is right for you and get on the path to the graduate teacher licensure program while gaining content expertise in your major.
Start on the path to becoming an elementary school teacher, or a related position. During the major, you will complete three practicum experiences in school sites and gain a deep understanding of teaching through over 1200 hours of classroom experience. This program is the foundation for the MEd and teaching license program in elementary education.

Become a digitally savvy leader and learn how to use digital platforms to learn, communicate, collaborate and design. This program is offered completely online.
The RJUS minor is designed for students interested in the intersections of race, social class, language status, gender or sexual orientation, and how those impact educational equity and social justice.
Prepare to teach English abroad or at home in a community setting to English language learners.
Complete all the required teacher hours and coursework to earn your Minnesota teaching license and your master’s in education degree in this accelerated program that starts and finishes in 12-15 months. The rigorous program will prepare you to step into your classroom after graduation with a year of experience teaching in a K-12 school, creating assessments, developing lesson plans, and practicing classroom management while applying theory into practice.
