This fund is for current and/or prospective graduate students enrolled in the College of Education and Human Development who are studying in any area offered by the School of Kinesiology and who are participating in graduate assistantships in the Tucker Center for Research on Girls & Women in Sport doing research focusing on issues related to the links between gender equity and participation in sport and/or physical activity.
The award may be renewable, provided the recipient demonstrates satisfactory progress toward a degree. The donor’s wish, as long as it is possible and practicable, is for the selections to be conducted by the Director of the Tucker Center in consultation with the Tucker Center leadership.
