Biography

I am a first-generation college graduate, and immigrant from Ethiopia studying the identity development of second-generation Ethiopian American students in the K-12 space. I also have professional working experience in the areas of Design Thinking for Equity, charter school education policy, national charter school authorizing policies, and charter school law in Minnesota.
