I am a dedicated student affairs professional and I believe that it is the responsibility of every faculty and staff member to contribute to student success from orientation to graduation. I am committed to providing students with leadership & global education opportunities and my personal and professional goal is to challenge students that I engage with to leverage their college experience as a training ground for their professions.
My proposed area of research is grounded in student engagement and development theory with a focus on intercultural engagement between domestic and international students.
