Biography

I have led learning & development and technology teams for over twenty years in finance, educational technology, healthcare, and most recently here in higher education at the University of Minnesota as the Director of Workforce Data Management.

I directed and performed in Off-Off Broadway productions and student and feature films before finding my true passion in teaching and coaching adult learners. I have designed and taught courses on a wide range of subjects for learners all over the world, including instructional design and eLearning development, technology training on learning management systems and design applications, fire safety in healthcare settings, and de-escalation. I also coach leaders on presentation design and technique.
