Bai Vue

About me

Nyob Zoo! My name is Bai Vue. My academic background is in Human Resource Development (B.S. and M.Ed.) with the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy and Development at the University of Minnesota. My personal, academic and professional experiences has developed my interest to engage on issues of access and retention of first-generation and underrepresented student populations in higher education. I am particularly interested in empowering these students toward their successful transition into their graduate education and careers.

I enjoy catching up with friends, playing tennis and experiencing new advantages. Coming from a large, single parent household, I have always enjoyed the company of my siblings and seeing them develop into young adults.
