Two-day training: April 1-2, 2015

Putting CLASS™ into Practice is a two-day training that equips supervisors, coordinators, trainers, and consultants to work with adults on CLASS™ concepts and practices. This training is intended for those who work in early childhood professional development and have attended a two-day CLASS™ observation training and passed the reliability test with Teachstone. Participants will:

  • Translate CLASS™ terminology into teacher-friendly language
  • Participate in an in-depth dimension study that deepens understanding of CLASS™ Instructional Support dimensions
  • Explore a strengths-based coaching model of observation, feedback, and goal-setting
  • Practice strengths-based strategies using video, reflection, and feedback
